MAULANA AMANULLAH KHAN FAIZI

The sudden demise of a great scholar of Tradition, Maulana Amanullah Khan Faizi is a great irreparable loss of the Muslim Ummah in general and Jamate Ahle Hadeeth in particular. He died of brain hemorrbage on September, 9 2015 at 12 midnight at Delhi. He was 82. Maulana Asghar Ali Imam Mahadi Salafi condoling his demise said that his death has created a gap in the field of research. He has a good command of Ahadeeth and Rijal (biographical literature of Ahadeeth narrators). He was a true scholar of Tradition, said Maulana Asghar Imam Mahadi Salafi, while paying homage to the late scholar in a condolence message in New Delhi on September 10, 2015.

Expressing deep sorrow, Maulana further said that late Maulana Amanullah Khan devoted his entire life to the study and research of Ahadith as well as to teach the same. He was a good orator and Hafize Quran too. He was born in Bhakurahar, post Bairagania, distt. Sitamadhi, Bihar in 1933. He got his early education at Madarsa Ahmadia Salafia Bairagania. Later on he shifted to Azad Madarsa Dhaka. For his further study he travelled to Madarsa Faize A’m, Maunath Bhanjan and graduated in 1950. His teaching life started from Madarsa Islahul Muslemin Patna, Bihar in 1952 where he offered his good services for almost 14 years. Later he moved to Madarsa Riyazul Uloom, Jama Masjid Delhi-110006. Jamia Ibn Taimiyya Champaran was lucky to get his services in 1992 as a Sheikhul Hadeeth. Due to his old age he took leave from Jamia Ibn Taimiyya in 2000 and settled in his native place Bhakurahar where he established a Madarsa for teaching and Dawatu Irshad purposses. He was very popular among teachers and students. He leaves behind four sons, Maulana Ali Akhtar, teacher Madarsa Riyazul Uloom Delhi; Dr. Wali Akthar Nadvi. Prof. Deptt of Arabic, Delhi University, Jameel Akhtar and Maulana Suhail Akhtar Nadvi.
Hafiz Mohd Yahaya, Ameer Markazi Jamiat Ahle Hadeeth, Maulana Asghar Ali Imam Mahadi Salafi, General Secretary and Alhaj Wakeel Parvez, Finance Secretary, Markazi Jamiat Ahle Hadeeth condoled the demise of Maulana Amanullah Khan to his family members. The reverend mother of Maulana Asghar Ali Imam Mahadi Salafi, General Secretary Markazi Jamiat Ahle Hadeeth Hind, died at his home in Brindaban, West champaran, Bihar on Sept. 8,2015 after a long illness. She was 75. She was a pious, righteous, generous, dutiful, religious, obedient, observer of Tahajjud prayer and has set an example of sincerity and devotedness to Islam. She was very popular among the village women. In fact she was a woman of substance. Other women of her village used to take inspiration from her to grow from nobody to somebody of substance. She was well-disciplined and encouraged ladies of rural areas to move ahead and do things differently to succeed in life. She gave moral support and brought up her three sons and two daughters with excellent character, discipline, self-confidence and sense of accountability. It goes to her credit that one of her son, Maulana Asghar Imam Mahadi Salafi, General Secretary Markazi Jamiat Ahle Hadeeth, Hind devoted his full energy to serve the Jamaat, Jamiat and Muslim Community in India and abroad. His services are applaudable in religious, academic tarbiyyati, dawati, social and organizational fields. She was laid to rest on sept 9, 2015. In a press release, Hafiz Muhammad Yahya Dehlavi, Ameer Markazi Jamiat Ahle Hadeeth, Deputy Ameer Sheikh Ainul Bari Aliyavi, finance secretary Alhaj Wakeel Parvez, deputy secretaries, Hafiz Abdul Qayyum and Maulana Reyaz Ahmad Salafi expressed their shock over her death and sent condolence messages to Maulana Asghar Ali Imam Mahadi Salafi and his family members.
